For example, Rosstat reported that last year the country produced 27.6 million tons of mixed feeds – that is exactly 10 million tons less than Alltech reports .”Mismatch may be due to different methods of calculation,” Vladimir Manaenkov believes. – Our statisticians take into account the data only about the “pure” production of mixed fodders, not taking into account the data of producers that are part of agricultural holdings. ” For them, the main indicator – livestock products – weight, livestock and so on – and not accompanying production, including feed.
