The market research made by analytical company RNC Pharma showed that, despite current economical crisis, import of veterinarian preparations to our country displays constant progressive growth during the last 3 years. First half of 2016 showed supplies of veterinarian preparations to Russia for the sum of over 10,4 bld. RUB. Positive dynamics of import to our country compared to the same period of the past year is 27,5%. And this figures reflect not only the price growth due to the national currency devaluation but also the growth of natural demand for this product. All the figures analized in this material include only veterinarian medicines, not taking into account any feed additives and other supplementary veterinarian products. The largest segment of the market is taken by immunobiological preparations (mainly vaccines for poultry and swines) holding 50% of the import volume in monetary equivalent. The second important segment is taken by antibacterial medicines with the market share of 25,6%.  Tails the top three most popular veterinarian preparations antiparasitic preparations, insecticides and repellents – 11,5%. And all those preparations from the largest foreign producers are supplied to the Russian market by “SIMBIO” LLC, the official distributor of many large world-known international corporations such as: MSD Animal Health (1-st place by the volumes of import to Russia), KRKA, ZOETIS, HUVEPHARMA, HIPRA, etc.

RNC Pharma notes that “SIMBIO” LLC actively imported into Russia products of 7 foreign suppliers, which helped it take the 8-th top place among all the importers of veterinarian medicines into Russia in 1-2 quarters 2016. This excellent result testifies its stable sustainable position at the market.
