Competition of dog triads
On 20-21 of May 2017 a public team competition for dogs will take place in Mikhailovskiy (near Moscow). It will be sponsored by SIMBIO LLC and Farmina Pet Foods. Such race of triads will be held in Russia for the first time. Come to see this interesting contest! Welcome!
Such competitions are held in Europe, mostly in Finland, for already several years. So we decided to organize them too. They are open for dogs of all breeds and even mongrels. Dogs run in triads pursuing a bait. These triads may contain dogs of equal or different breeds, male or female, or mixed. Judges assess the work of the whole triad, not separate dogs.

Evaluative criteria:
1. speed (max. 20 points).
Maximal speed at the start and at catching the bait, different styles of hunting and overcoming obstacles as well as differencies in breeds are taken into account;
2. enthusiasm and drive in pursuing the bait (max. 10 points).
Each dog of the triad must do the best so that catch the bait;
3. agility (max. 10 points).
Each dog of the triad must keep the rhythm and successfully pass all the ascents, descents, turns and obstacles;
4. catch (max. 20 points).
The catch is evaluated at turns or at the finish when a dog seizes the bait and fixes it so that it could not run away;
5. collaboration (max. 30 points).
The dogs should actively and reasonably cooperate so that the bait would not run away (one dog drives the bait, two other cover the flanks). They could change roles but must work together;
6. behaviour on the leash (max. 5 points).
The evaluation begins from the coming to the start. The dogs must be under control, calm but alert and ready to start at any moment, immediately after they see the bait;
7. behaviour without the leash (max. 5 points).
After the bait stops, the dogs should also stop and wait till their owners come up and take them. Or the dogs can be called by the owners, in this case they must immediately obey and go to the owners to be taken on the leash.

The dogs must have current year qualification in coursing or in greyhound running. Application is possible from 8 p.m. on 14 of May. Only triads are registered.
Cost of participation of one triad is 5100 rubles.
